People are our accounting firm’s greatest asset. It is important to our staff and to the firm that employees develop to their full potential. This is accomplished through a policy of close personal supervision, mentoring, evaluation and counseling.

All professionals are formally evaluated on an annual basis at a minimum, with the intention to motivate employees to be their best. Performance evaluations benefit the firm by providing a means to improve productivity, a consistent standard for developing people and a channel for communicating firm goals and objectives. Performance evaluations benefit our employees by providing feedback on progress.

Progress and promotions are based on your job-related performance, position requirements, qualifications and availability. Your interests and professional development, as well as on-the-job performance, will be considered during reviews.
