We encourage our accountants to attain the highest level of professional certification available in the accounting field and we will support you, with all practical measures, as you work towards this goal.

To help, we provide unassigned time to allow employees to study for the CPA exam or other professional licensing. We also provide paid time off to employees to take the CPA exam. The attainment of a CPA certificate is necessary before advancing to Manager for all employees. The firm also reimburses employees the fee charged for taking the exam, upon successful completion of all parts.
