Stephen R. Brooks, CPA

Stephen has more than nine years of experience in public accounting and has an emphasis on taxation and extensive involvement and education in wealth management and financial planning. His areas of focus include closely held companies, flow-through entities, individual accounts, wealth management, succession planning, trusts and gift tax. Additionally, Stephen is well versed in estate manners, C-corporations and FAS 109. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Personal Financial Specialist and a Certified Financial Planner™.

Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Indiana – Bloomington and a Masters of Science in Taxation from the University of Illinois – Champaign/Urbana at Chicago. Stephen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri CPA Society.
