Richard C. Prine, CPA

Rich is an Audit Manager with our firm, joining Lopata, Flegel & Company LLP in 2000. Throughout the past 10 years, Rich has primarily served mid-sized, owner-managed companies. His client-service responsibilities are mainly in accounting and auditing, financial reporting, and business planning and acquisition areas. In addition to client responsibilities, Rich is active in our firm’s internal technology area.

Rich received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in accounting from St. Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics with a major in management from St. Louis University’s Parks College. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
